Shipping policy

Delivery services that we offer may allow you to select a “safe place” or instruct the courier to leave the item at a specified pick up location. When you provide delivery instructions you accept responsibility for any loss that may occur following delivery in line with instructions. Please note that once shipped, our couriers may not allow changes to delivery addresses.

Orders placed before 1pm UK time are normally dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery is Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service, and DPD next-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional cost, except to Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and are never guaranteed. Delivery may also be affected if your order is particularly large or if there are other unforeseen issues, and we will keep you updated so that you have full visibility of progress.
